Job Description:
1. Carry out product performance and parameter reliability tests in accordance with technical design specifications;
2. Responsible for product installation, commissioning and technical requirements for delivery acceptance;
3. Responsible for the diagnosis, analysis, maintenance and resolution of product failures;
4. Propose and participate in product design improvement and testing;
5. Collect customers' suggestions and complaints about products and transfer them to the relevant departments of the company;
6. Collect client needs and peer information and transfer it to relevant departments of the company;
Qualifications:
1. Educational background: majors in laser technology, mechatronics, automation, optics, etc., bachelor degree or above
2. Technical ability (≥two items):
- Have the debugging ability of PLC or automation software and sensors, and the ability to quickly analyze and deal with equipment failures;
- Knowledge of optical devices such as lasers, shaping, galvanometers, etc., experience in laser precision machining applications is preferred;
- Proficiency in computer CAD drawing, familiar with mechanical and electrical drawings;
- Familiar with Word, Excel, PPT, Visio and other tool software;
3. Others: Those who are proficient in Korean or English are preferred, have a good sense of service, and can adapt to frequent business trips
